Green Devils roll by Huskies

OSAGE — Osage boys’ basketball got out to a quick 20-8 lead against Nashua-Plainfield and never looked back on the way to a 72-49 victory on Monday, Jan. 16.

Quinn Street led a trio for coach Mike Brahn’s team in double-figure scoring with 20 points, followed by 17 for Madden Uhlenhopp while Landon Arends came off the bench to tally 11.

Drew Tusler had a game-high 12 rebounds while Uhlenhopp handed out a game-high five assists.

Max Knudsen led the team in steals with three as Osage improved to 11-2 overall, 9-2 in the Top of Iowa East Conference. The Green Devils are 17-0 against N-P in the Bound statistical era.
