Candi Feldt: “I’m still writing my story.”
St. Ansgar – Acorn Park Golf Course has a diamond in the rough with Candi Feldt at the helm; something former St. Ansgar Community School District Superintendent Delbert Jensen certainly saw when he urged her to apply for the course superintendent job in 1980.
As I climbed into the Cushman next to Feldt for a tour of the golf course, she said, “I don’t tell my biography very well,” and then off we drove to hole one with Feldt bubbly launching into her story, without hesitation.
