Shirley was born in Two Rivers, Wisconsin in 1936 andbrgraduated from Washington High School in Two Rivers in 1954.

Shirley married Bill Lowder in 1956 and they moved tobrHumbolt, IA before settling in Osage. They had two children, Sally Annbrwho was born in 1958 and Jim who was born in 1961.

Shirley enjoyed golfing, taking trips with her brother Dalebrand his wife, Bev, in their motor home and spending time with her family andbrfriends. She got to go on many other trips as well and we all enjoyed herbrstories about them.

Shirley is survived by her grandson, Jesse Lowder from LakebrMills and two sisters-in-law Gloria and Bev Schmidt who still live in TwobrRivers, Roger who lived with them for many years and many nieces and nephewsbrand all her special friends.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, Emil andbrLoraine Schmidt, her two children Sally and Jim, brothers Dale and JerrybrSchmidt and her special friend Les Ahrens.
